- Thaw product according to work instructions and regulatory requirements
- Complete product monitoring and recording according to workplace requirements
- Undertake thawing in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Identify and minimise potential sources of contamination and cross-contamination
- Store and despatch thawed product
